Under the direction of Luisma and Dulce, Los Molinos have reopened their doors in April 2016. They are preceded by an experience of almost twenty years where their previous projects have always been a reference in the gastronomy of the region.
The restaurant Los Molinos de Ruente is perfectly integrated in the building of an old mill, which although restored, retains many of the original elements. In his dining room above the carcass through which the water flowing through the grinding mills, we can taste the best of traditional gastronomy while listening to the whisper of the water passing under our feet.
Among its specialties are: game meat, ribeye with stone or bull’s tail stuffed with goat’s cheese on a bed of vegetables that does not leave indifferent to whoever tries it. Of the sea, the hake stuffed with seafood and the prawns “Saja”. To end this culinary show nothing better than a delicious cream “montañesa”.
It is the ideal place to celebrate a social or family event, making it unforgettable, thanks to its room for more than 300 people and its beautiful surroundings, surrounded by more than 1000 m² of gardens, where we can enjoy the privacy and tranquility necessary in any event.
